fa بررسی اپیدمیولوژیک حوادث شغلی کارگران در مراجعین ادارۀ کل پزشکی قانونی استان سمنان مقاله پژوهشی Research Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:iransans;"><strong>زمینه‌وهدف:</strong> حوادث شغلی از جمله تهدیدات اجتناب‌ناپذیری هستند که جامعه کارگری همیشه با آن دست‌به‌گریبان بوده و در اغلب موارد ترس از اخراج شدن و توافق طرفین، فرد آسیب‌دیده را از انجام روال قانونی و احقاق حقوق بازمی‌دارد. مسائل مرتبط با این امر مورد بحث در این طرح پژوهشی است<span dir="LTR">.</span><br> <strong>روش بررسی:</strong> پرونده‌های حوادث شغلی ناشی از کار در سال‌های ۱۳۹۴ و ۱۳۹۵ از اداره کل پزشکی قانونی استان سمنان جمع‌آوری شد، اطلاعات در زمینه مشخصات فردی مصدومان و نوع صدمات اولیه و غیره در فرم‌های ثبت اطلاعات درج شده و نهایتاً توسط نرم‌افزار <span dir="LTR">SPSS</span>نسخه ۱۹ تجزیه‌وتحلیل شد. <span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:بدر,serif;"></span></span><br> <strong>یافته‌ها </strong><strong>:</strong> مصدومان مرد، گروه سنتی ۳۰-۲۶ و تحصیلات زیر دیپلم به ترتیب با ۹۸%، ۳۴% و ۶۳% بیشترین گزارش‌ها را به خود اختصاص دادند. ۳۵% مراجعین پس از اخراج از کار مراجعه نموده‌ و در ۴۵% مصدومان درجاتی از نقص عضو ایجادشده بود که بیشتر مربوط به اندام‌های فوقانی بوده است. در متوفیات حدود ۳۱% موارد علت مرگ به‌تنهایی صدمات مغز و جمجمه بوده است.<span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"></span><br> <strong>بحث و نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> کارفرما و کارگر هر دو باید نسبت به حقوق خود توجیه شوند. در صورت وقوع حادثه شغلی حتماً گزارش حادثه کار تنظیم شود و مصدوم در اسرع وقت بدون هیچ هراسی از کارفرما و ترجیحاً با تشویق مستقیم کارفرما جهت پیگیری‌های حقوقی اقدام نماید. پزشکی قانونی نیز با روش‌های مقتضی از صحت و دقت معاینات بدو استخدام اطمینان حاصل نماید.</span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background: </strong>Occupational incidents are among the inevitable threats that the working community has always faced and, in most cases, fear of being dismissed, and the agreement with the employer, leads the injured person to give legal prosecutions and the rights of the individual up. Issues related to this topic are discussed in this research project.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods: </strong>In the cases of occupational injuries that have referred to legal medicine centers from 2015 to 2017, information about characteristic of damaged or dead persons have been recorded in separate information forms and were analyzed with SPSS19.<br> <strong>Findings: </strong>The majority of the participants of this study were male. Those with the age of 26-30 years old (34%) were also the majority. The most injured persons were under diploma. 25% of them had complained from one week to one month after injury, but about 6% had complained over 3 years after injury. 28% did not have an occupational injury report. 35% were fired. 45% experienced degrees of permanent disability of which the most was in upper limbs. In about 31 % of dead persons, brain and skull injury were the cause of death.<br> <strong>Conclusion: </strong>Both the workers and their employers must be well-aware about their rights. In case of an incident, it should be reported immediately, and the injured should be able to pursue legal actions without fear of the employer, and preferably with the direct encouragement of the employer.
